Capacity Building Training course took place in between 11-18 March 2018 in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal.

The training involved 30 youth workers from 8 countries who learned and practed SMM zero-cost or low-cost tools applicable to youth work and shared own experience in creating external communication of their organizations and building up online identity. The training aimed to provide youth workers with intermediary level knowledge on professional DEOR methods usage. The participants were encouraged to test the theory on their organizations’ social networks immediately during the training and upon return – this way also acting as multipliers for their peers.

Methods: non-formal learning methods: group, pair and individual discussions, brainstorming, buzz groups, debates, energizers, presentations, etc.
